SoundUser pricing for AI songs

SoundUser pricing is pay per track, not a subscription. A track costs 10 credits and runs up to 180 seconds. You describe the song, choose or write a style prompt, and generate a finished AI track with Lyria 3.5. Credit packs appear on the billing page after sign-in.

Tracks you create are yours to use in your own projects, including commercial ones, under the SoundUser Terms

If you want the tool view before pricing, start with the AI song generator overview. The billing page after sign-in lists the available credit packs. We do not invent pack sizes on this page because the billing screen is the source that applies to your account.

How to buy credits and make a track

You can price and generate a track in 3 steps.

  1. Sign in, open billing, and choose one of the credit packs listed there.
  2. Write your song idea, paste lyrics if you have them, then choose or type a style prompt.
  3. Start the generation when the prompt matches the track you want.

Use the price per track, 10 credits, as the unit cost when you plan a batch. For example, if you need a jingle, a verse demo, and an instrumental bed, think in tracks, not minutes or subscriptions. Each submitted track runs up to 180 seconds.

What counts as a generation

A generation is one submitted job that starts making a new AI track. Changing one word in the prompt and running it again is a new generation. Pasting the same lyrics with a different style is also a new generation.

The safest habit is to treat the generate button like a record take. Check tempo, key, vocal type, and instruments before you run it. A prompt like fast rock song gives the system too much guesswork. 168 BPM pop punk, A major, palm-muted power chords, tight snare, gang vocal chorus gives it a target.

Failed generations and refunds

Failed generations and refund requests are handled under the SoundUser terms, not by a blanket promise on this page. Read the current terms before buying credits if refund handling is important to your workflow.

If a generation does not produce what you wanted artistically, that is different from a technical failure. A wrong drum tone, weak hook, or vocal style mismatch usually means the prompt needs a tighter instruction. Save the useful parts, then rewrite the weak part before spending another generation.

Prompts that avoid wasted takes

One tight prompt can prevent several avoidable reruns. Start with tempo, genre, key, instruments, vocal type, and the job the track must do.

Worked example:

90 BPM synth pop in C minor, steady four-on-the-floor kick, rubbery bass synth, bright arpeggio, dry male vocal, short chorus hook, clean radio mix, no guitar

This is meant to produce a compact vocal synth pop idea with a clear kick pattern and no guitar arrangement. If the result feels too soft, change steady four-on-the-floor kick to punchy club kick and tight clap on beats 2 and 4. If guitars appear, move no guitar earlier and replace it with synths only, no guitar. For broader setup advice, see the SoundUser FAQ.

Pay per track compared with subscriptions

Pay per track fits people who want a known unit cost for each finished AI song. Subscription music tools can make sense if you generate often and like a monthly plan. A usage-based setup is simpler when your work comes in bursts: one campaign this week, nothing next week, then a batch of demos later.

The tradeoff is clear. With SoundUser, you check the credit packs in billing and spend per generation. With a subscription product, you usually judge value by how much you create during the paid period. Payment methods shown at checkout

The billing page shows the accepted payment methods for your account at checkout. Payment options can vary by processor status, account details, and location, so the checkout screen is the place to verify what is available before purchase.

If a method is not shown there, assume it is not currently supported for that purchase. Keep invoices and receipts from the billing flow for your records. For account and billing questions not answered here, check the pricing and account FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

01What does one track cost?

One SoundUser track costs 10 credits. That is the unit price to use when you plan how many generations you want to run. Credit packs are listed on the billing page after sign-in, so check that page for the pack choices available to your account.

02Is there a subscription?

SoundUser pricing is pay per track, not a subscription. You buy credits from the billing page after sign-in and spend them on generations. This works best when you want a clear per-track cost instead of judging value by a monthly plan.

03How long is each track?

Each generated track runs up to 180 seconds. Use that length when planning prompts. If you need a chorus idea, jingle, background bed, or quick demo, write the prompt around the most important section instead of trying to fit a full arrangement map into one generation.

04What happens if a generation fails?

Failed generations are handled according to the SoundUser terms. The terms are the source for how technical failures, account issues, and billing handling work. A result you dislike creatively is usually not the same thing as a technical failure, so tighten the prompt before running another take.

05Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled under the SoundUser terms. This page does not add a separate refund promise or override the terms. Before buying credits, read the current terms so you know how billing issues, failed generations, and refund requests are reviewed.

06Which payment methods are accepted?

The available payment methods are shown on the billing page at checkout after sign-in. Because payment options can depend on account details, location, and payment processor status, rely on the checkout screen as the source of truth. If a method is not displayed, assume it is not available for that purchase.

07Which model makes the tracks?

SoundUser uses Lyria 3.5 for generation. The model is only one part of the result. Your prompt still matters: tempo, key, instruments, vocal type, and mix notes help steer the track more than broad words like catchy, epic, or cool.
