Email support with the right context

One email to support@sounduser.com is the main support channel for SoundUser questions. We do not list a phone number, postal address or office visit option here because those details are not part of the public support flow.

Include the email address on your SoundUser account, the page where the problem happened, and what you expected to happen. If the question is about billing, read SoundUser pricing details first so your message can point to the exact purchase issue.

Bug reports that we can read in one pass

A useful bug report has 4 items: track ID from your Library, time of the problem, browser, and the prompt or lyrics involved.

Use this shape:

  • Track ID: copy it from your Library
  • Time: when the issue happened, with your time zone if useful
  • Browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox or another browser
  • Prompt or lyrics: paste the text that caused the issue

Worked example: Prompt: 92 BPM dark synthwave, minor key, steady kick, pulsing bass, dry male vocal, short chorus, no guitar solo. That message tells us the intent: a tight synth track. If the generated vocal is wrong, say what changed, such as "vocal sounds too bright" or "chorus starts too early".

Refund and billing questions

Send one refund request per purchase so the billing thread stays readable. Email support@sounduser.com with your account email, purchase detail, and the reason for the request.

Do not send card numbers or bank screenshots unless support asks for a safer version. For the rules that govern purchases and account use, read the SoundUser terms before you write.

Privacy and data requests

Privacy requests go through 2 paths: read the policy first, then email support if you need action on your account. Start with the SoundUser privacy policy because it explains the basic handling of personal data.

For deletion or access requests, email support@sounduser.com from the account address when possible. If you cannot access that inbox, say that clearly and include enough account detail to identify the request.

Press, partnership and business inquiries

Press, partnership and business emails should include 3 facts: who you are, what you want to discuss, and the deadline if there is one. Send them to support@sounduser.com with a subject line that names the request.

Good subjects are plain: "Press question about SoundUser", "Partnership request", or "Business inquiry". For background before you write, see about SoundUser.

Find answers before you wait for email

Check 3 public pages before emailing if your question is about accounts, purchases or basic product use. The SoundUser FAQ covers common support topics, while pricing and terms pages handle purchase and policy details.

Support usually replies within a few business days, but a clear message is easier to route. Put the problem in the first sentence, then add track IDs, browser notes or account details below it.

Frequently asked questions

01How do I report a bug?

Email support@sounduser.com with the track ID from your Library, the time the issue happened, your browser, and the prompt or lyrics that caused the problem. Say what you expected and what happened instead. Short, specific notes help more than a long story with no track ID.

02How do I request a refund?

Send your refund request to support@sounduser.com from the email address on your SoundUser account. Include the purchase detail, the reason for the request, and any related track ID if the issue is tied to a generation. You can also review the terms before writing.

03How do I delete my data?

Start with the privacy policy, then email support@sounduser.com if you want action on your account. Use the account email when possible so support can connect the request to the right profile. If you no longer have access to that email, explain that in the first line.

04Do you take partnership requests?

Yes. Send partnership, press or business requests to support@sounduser.com. Include your name, organization if relevant, what you want to discuss, and any deadline. Keep attachments light unless support asks for more material. A clear subject line helps route the message.

05Where can I find answers faster?

Check the FAQ first for common account, product and billing questions. Pricing questions may be answered on the pricing page, while purchase and account rules belong in the terms. If those pages do not cover your case, email support with the details listed above.
